Visual impairment is the condition in which a person has completely or partially lost the sense of sight. According to the World Health Organization , approximately 253 million people worldwide are visually impaired, with 36 million of them classified as blind. Living with visual impairment presents numerous challenges, as individuals must adapt to an entirely new way of experiencing the world around them which in most cases is not accessible to them. However, despite these hurdles, the blind community continues to thrive, breaking barriers, and contributing to society in various fields. To serve people with vision loss there are various services such as Braille code, which uses raised dots instead of letters and other technologies that include devices that announce the results with acoustic stimulation. For their mobility, blind people can walk with the use of canes (white cane) or with guide dogs.
