Christina baltzi became famous as the trans woman Karlota in the 90s with the song “Take me from behind” that shocked Greek society at the time. She participated in some of the most popular shows and tv series on Greek television. When the lights of fame went out and after an unsuccessful attempt to make again the transition to male gender, Karlota dedicated to her artistic side that had inside her from an early age. She wrote and directed theatrical performances, performed theatrical monologues and starred in the movie zodiac (2011) where she was awarded at the Lucani Film Festival with the award for first actor. Ιn recent years, she has been writing books.
