Eleana grew up in Nicosia, Cyprus in a dysfunctional family that led her to illegality and drug use from a very young age. She was forced to come to Greece to avoid going to prison as there were pending trials against her in Cyprus for various illegalities. Lately she was living in a hotel and working in the streets as a prostitute to make ends meet. She regularly went live on TikTok walking around the streets and sharing her life experiences. She had quit heroin in the last five months but she was afraid that she would start using again and that is why she wanted to go back to Cyprus a few days after the interview, which in the end she did not do.
